Social Bookmarking sites – Blog SEO technique?

Social Bookmarking sites subscription is becoming a very effective SEO technique especially for Blogs to improve linkbaiting and develop inboud links, it can be a part of an effective link building process where users store, fave, share, blog, Digg, etc.. lots of links, articles, photos, reviews, Blog posts, etc..

All these materials are accessible to friends, contacts, surfers, bloggers and in the majority of cases the public. Some SEO Experts say that Social Media traffic is not a plus for link building, but I personnally think they are. I could be wrong of course, but getting on the front page of Del.icio.us or DIGG is quite a traffic boost No??
